James Thornton, President
James cofounded the Colorado Federal Savings Bank (Cofedbank) Internet division in 2003, where he served as the Director of Development through January 2008. Cofedbank was a nationwide mortgage lender, and the online division originates loans in all 50 states. He developed the national Internet-marketing strategy for the online division and the bank's 30-plus branches, led the website development, and managed the sales team. James graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Management Information Systems and continued his education there for one year of post-baccalaureate studies in Computer Science.
Rush Vann, Director of Operations
Rush has managed a variety of projects from construction engineering to non-profit ventures. He has managed multiple engineering projects including a billion dollar tollway project in Austin Texas. Also, in 2006, he co-founded a fundraising venture called "Swim the Strait '06" and, at it's completion, raised over $100,000 for disabled veterans. Rush has also served as an Officer in the Navy and is currently a Captain in the Army National Guard. Rush graduated from the
University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Civil Engineering.
Melissa LeBaron, Research Assistant
Melissa graduated from
Texas State University in December of 2009 with a BBA in Marketing. She is a social media guru and is finding new ways for clients use the social web to generate more business.
Lori Royals, Account Manager
Lori was buyer for a multi-million dollar manufacturing company and managed an insurance company that handled the benefits for Omnicom, the largest advertising agency in the U.S.
